OTC IQOption Forex Timings

I am currently using the iqoption broker for trading 60 second binary. I am also using a OANDA demo account on meta trader 4 to have live forex rates on a candle chart.
My question is that, why are the OTC EURUSD rates different from live meta trader4 EURUSD rates?
I have both the graphs on iqoptions and the meta trader4 graphs set up as 1 minute candle bars, but none of them look alike. Does that mean that OTC market is different from the regular market. If so, when does the regular market become available for trading, on iqoptions?
